The County also has hundreds of acres of state land near by for hiking, skiing, and outdoor activities.

Planning a family reunion or wedding? Our merchants building has a kitchen and plenty of room to enjoy your friends and family. If needed, we also have a covered stage and grandstand also located on the fairgrounds.

Our fenced in kiddy park is located on the river and would be a refreshing place for a picnic while the children play on the slides, swings and other fun things kids love to do. The park also offers a covered picnic area and a relaxing environment as you watch the wildlife on the water. Next to the park, is a large area of thick green grass and shade trees to throw a blanket down, throw a frisbee or play catch with the family.
