Tawas Village Art Prize will be held Mar 1st-Mar 4th, at Tawas Villiage in East Tawas. All forms of art produced by children through adults will be displayed at the senior living facility. Categories are photography, paintings, and 3-D art(which is anything not photographed or painted such as wood, clay, jewelry, leather, needle point, crochet, etc.). You can wander through and vote for your favorite in all the mediums and each age group, as well as Best of Show. All prizes are award by peoples choice voting. Refreshments will be available.
**Looking for people to display in the 4 age categories (6 & under,7-12, 13-18, 18 & over). Cash awarded for top three in each age group....$75 split 3 ways for 6 & under and 7-12, $225 split for 13-18, and $300 to split for the 18 and up, with Best of Show awarded $125.....Contact Tawas Village to display your work by Feb 24th.
Times to view the art--Mar 1st-4th from 2-7pm you can vote once daily but you can visit everyday.
