Pick up some free chalk at the Thunder Bay Arts Council Gallery and claim a piece of sidewalk along US 23 between 2nd and 3rd street in downtown Alpena.  Create something in a nautical theme to celebrate Columbus Day or a historical theme to celebrate Indigenous Peoples Day.
