Squatchtober will be an evening event and costumes will be encouraged (but not required) since we are in the month of October. Due to their love of Halloween, there will be surprises and scares along the way so be warned this will not be for those who don't like that kind of excitement! Trail run with mud to be expected so don't wear your good shoes. Hopefully one will get a glimpse of the elusive “Squatch”. Each participant is recommended to have a head lamp and tail lamp/reflector along with reflective clothing. Weather permitting, after the run/walk, plans are to have a bonfire along with refreshments and snacks. The overall male and female winners will receive a prize and each participant will receive a participation t-shirt. (Will try to have more prizes offered but the fun is guaranteed.)
