Vintage snowmobiles will have the opportunity to cross the Mackinac Bridge for the first time under their own power this winter. This event is being held in conjunction with the Top of the Lake Snowmobile Museum in Naubinway and the St. Ignace Events Committee.
NOTE:
Participating snowmobiles must be outfitted with wheel kits to cross the bridge, and the wheels must be at least two inches wide and have no studs or cleats. Snowmobiles must also be 25 years old or older to participate.
Snowmobiles will stage in the parking lot of Colonial Michilimackinac in Mackinaw City. The time of the staging and crossing is to be determined.
The registration fee of $25 per snowmobile includes the bridge fare, lunch and awards in St. Ignace after the crossing.
