From Lake to Lake: Your Fall Ultra Starts Here

Wolverine State 100 is a brand-new, point-to-point ultra that crosses Michigan’s Lower Peninsula from Lake Michigan to Lake Huron.

Taking place October 11–12, 2025, the race features four distances:

100 Mile – Petoskey to Alpena
100K – Point-to-point with all the grit, slightly fewer hallucinations
50K – Out-and-back from Alpena with smooth surfaces and generous cutoffs
100 Mile Relay – Grab your crew and take on the whole thing, together

The course features singletrack trails, gravel roads, limestone paths, and seasonal backroads. With frequent aid stations every 5–8 miles, generous cutoffs, and a welcoming ultra community, Wolverine State 100 is built to challenge seasoned runners and support bold first-timers.

Join us for the inaugural year and be part of something wild from the very beginning.
