Whiskey Point Pottery will be holding its first annual one woman show just in time for holiday shopping. Deb Burr will open her studio to the public. Her artwork consists, primarily of function stoneware pieces for everyday use and practical gifts. Also available for sale will be ornaments and jewelry. The show will be held on December 4th from 3:00 - 8:00, December 5th from 9:00 - 4:00 and on December 6th from 12:00 until 4:00. Driving south on US 23 from Rogers City, turn left onto 638 and drive it to the end. Turn right. It is 2.5 miles past the Post Office. Driving north out of Alpena, take US23 North. Turn right onto East Grand Lake Road at the Hideaway Bar. Take it 8 miles or 2 miles past LaFarge and you are there. The studio is tucked behind Lake Traditions Rustic Antiques Store, on East Grand Lake Road, between Whiskey Point Road and Fireside Hwy. 9946 East Grand Lake Road, Presque Isle, MI 49777.
