DISCOVER HERITAGE ROUTE 23

William and the Windmill, a feature-length documentary about William Kamkwamba, the young Malawian who rescued his family from famine by building a power-generating windmill from scrap parts.  Thursday, September 29^th Kamkwamba will appear at the Alpena High School Auditorium for the final Alpena Reads event. Tickets may be purchased on the Library’s website or at the circulation desk.
