Cheboygan FallFest
A community celebration of Waterways, Trails & Harvesting Heritage!

The Cheboygan FallFest is a community celebration of Cheboygan's Waterways, Trails and Harvesting Heritage presented annually during the first weekend in October.

The festival will host a variety of special events, activities and quality entertainment that will spill forth from Festival Square in the heart of Downtown Cheboygan and across the city. 

First Annual Cheboygan Fallfest Schedule: 

Friday October 6th

  • Cheboygan Chamber of Commerce Open House

  • 10am-2pm Cheboygan Quilters Display FREE

    • @ Cheboygan Carnegie

  • 12pm-3pm History Center Museum Open

  • 2pm-5pm  Scarecrow Contest drop-off FREE

    • @ Festival Square

  • 6:30-9:30 Soups, Sliders & Sweets

    • Community Foundation Fundraiser

    • @ Fernelius (ticketed event)

  • 7:00-10:00pm Jaycee Corn Maze

    • 5076 Polish Line

    • $5 daytime / $10 haunted/nighttime

  • 8:00-9:30pm Dark Sky Storytelling FREE

    • Native American History of the Inland Waterway with Curt Chambers

    • @ City Beach w/ Bonfire & Drummers

  • ‘Friday Night Live’ varies by location

    • Cheboygan bars/restaurants featuring live entertainment & FallFest specials

Saturday October 7th

  • 8am-1pm Farmers Market  

  • 9am-10:30am Community Morning Yoga

    • At Nourish Studio by donation

  • 9am-3pm Community Trails Bike/Walk/Run FREE

    • Between Aloha State Park and Festival Square (return shuttle to Aloha available for $5 from Mother Nature’s Remedy)

  • 9am-5pm Lighthouse Walking Tours

    • Front Range & Crib Lights FREE

  • 9am-6pm Scarecrow Contest FREE

FallFest activities will sprawl from Cheboygan's downtown Festival Square and encompass a variety of locations for special events/experiences such as: lighthouse tours, trail and river events, main street activities and more!
