Join us for a road race in Northeast Michigan with an easy flat course that benefits local organizations dedicated to environmental conservation and mental health advocacy! The 3rd annual Bay to Beacon Race will take place on Saturday, August 19, 2022 along the majestic shore of Lake Huron and will feature a half marathon, 10k, and 5k race event in Alcona County between Sturgeon Point Lighthouse and Negwegon State Park. There's also a 1-mile fun run for kids. Bay to Beacon is a event put on by the Huron Endurance and Resources Project, which aims to promote physical and mental well-being by encouraging community members and neighboring communities to engage with the environment through inquiry, observation, and sustainable preservation.
