Two gingerbread house competitions: Businesses and Families
Businesses will showcase their gingerbread creations in downtown shops!
Families will display their sweet masterpieces at the Alpena Public Library!
December 6th: Vote for your favorites! FRC staff will be downtown with raffle tickets — 1 ticket = $1 — to drop in the jars for the gingerbread houses you love most.
Prizes & Fun:
Winner of the family gingerbread showdown takes home a Family Fun Basket: games, 4 free movie passes, 2 Elk viewing ride & dinner certificates in Hillman, a gift card to Applebees, and more!
Downtown Scavenger Hunt
Hunt for festive fun in our downtown shops and collect points for prizes — the highest earners will win special holiday treats!
Snap a picture with Santa, enjoy festive sights downtown, and celebrate the season with your friends and family!
