Site: Located on the north end of Thunder Bay, the area all along the road offers many opportunities to set up a scope. Walking along the roadside can be difficult and there is no public access. Parking is roadside only.
Birding: Many species of waterfowl including common loons and scoter(spring migration) can be observed throughout the year.. Along the road a willet was observed as well whimbrel and sandpipers. Red Breasted Nuthatch nest here.
